While exact measurements may slightly vary, all masks are approximately 10.5 to 11 inches long and 4 inches wide, weighing around 8.5 oz.
Can be used at room temperature, warm, or cold.
Warm Therapy: Place in microwave and heat for 15-20 seconds at a time until desired temperature is met. Place gently on eye area or other area as needed. Relax and enjoy the warm and soothing aromas! CAUTION: Contents may be hot. Do NOT microwave for more than 1 minute at a time.
Cold Therapy: Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes. Place gently on eye area or other area as needed. Relax and enjoy the cooling sensation and soothing aromas!
Care Instructions: Remove outer cotton cover and wash on cool with like colors. Dryer safe, but we recommend on low to medium heat. Do NOT wash inner cover that contains flax seeds.
